The Brite Nites Team
In 1993, Brite Nites’ founder and CEO, Dean Lyons, set out with a yellow jeep and a ladder to install holiday lights for a friend. It wasn’t soon after people started to reach out and our clientele kept growing and growing! 25+ years later and we are proud to say we have branched out and plan to light up all of the US! We are currently serving over 14 states! We wouldn’t be where we are today with out our Brite Nites team!

Dean Lyons
President
About: He founded Brite Nites because someone offered him $25 to take their Christmas lights down from their house back in 1993! A family guy through and through, he loves being a grandpa. His enthusiasm for life is contagious!
Hobbies: Mountain biking in the summer, skiing in the winter, and adventuring with his family.
Jaime Lyons
VP Business Operations
About: Fun fact, Jaime is the President’s oldest daughter and has been with the team since 2013. She is responsible for creating processes to improve the customer experience and flow of business tasks. Jamie enjoys being creative and bringing new technology and ideas to the company. When not working, she travels with her wife on the weekends.
Hobbies: Organizing, paddleboarding, exercising, reading, and being outside!
Olivia Christensen
CFO
About: Olivia has worked in public accounting and financial consulting for over 20 years. She takes pride in her work and enjoys breaking things to make them better. She spends time with her family when she is not at work, probably forcing them to leave the house. Together they enjoy hiking, RZR riding, or just spending a lazy day at the lake.
Hobbies: Travel, Utah football, hanging out with friends, and finding new and exciting foods.
Jeremy Carpenter
VP Sales
About: Jeremy has founded multiple successful companies and loves being involved in the world of business. He is passionate about providing as much value to the consumer as possible and thrives in managing our sales force nationwide.
Hobbies: Traveling, visiting national parks, parkour, and being a father.
Chelsea Young
Client Success Manager
About: Chelsea joined Brite Nites in 2017, and clients love communicating with her! She works hard to make sure every client interaction is transparent and perfect. She is a social butterfly, appreciates all types of music, and is an animal lover.
Hobbies: Camping, kayaking, watching football (go Steelers!), gardening, decorating, and traveling.
Erwin Acabal
Operations Manager
About: Erwin has been doing Christmas lighting for over 15 years! He is a man of many talents whose knowledge of home structures and lighting projects allows him to troubleshoot any job. Erwin is always looking for ways to improve his work to meet challenges better. His family is important to him, and he enjoys spending quality time with them.
Hobbies: Photography, mountain biking, snowboarding, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
Kaho Fiefia
Marketing Manager
About: With over 7+ years in the field, Kaho brings an expansive marketing skill set to Brite Nites. In addition, he’s passionate about solving business problems creatively. He recently completed his MBA from Simon Business School and is excited to be a part of a growing industry! Brite Nites can’t wait for him to take their marketing to this next level.
Hobbies: Kaho is a Utah native who loves being outside. When he isn’t working, you can find him either with his family or writing music and traveling to new places!
Rodney Jenson
Controller
About: Rodney joined Brite Nites in 2022. He has been working in accounting and operations management for over 20 years. He has a demonstrated history of developing and improving policies and procedures with advancing efficiencies and processes. When not working, Rodney enjoys the outdoors with his family by driving through the canyons or hiking trails with willing people.
Hobbies: Alpine camping, biking, and enjoying Utah sports with family and friends.
Tiffany Nascimento
Operations Assistant
About: Tiffany loves working and talking with people on the phone. If you get the opportunity to speak with her, she will bring a smile to your face. Tiffany is an excellent team player and does what it takes to make everything come together in the office. Most likely because she’s a team player as she loves sports! In the summer, she enjoys playing tennis any chance she gets.
Hobbies: Spending time with friends and family and playing sports.
Kerri Bauer
Data Specialist
About: Kerri joined our team in 2017 and has over 15 years of experience providing high-quality data entry and administrative support from her home. Aside from work, Kerri is a loving mother of two beautiful children and a devoted wife to her husband of over 20 years.
Hobbies: Enjoys being with family and friends, most summer outdoor activities, nature photography, gardening, and volunteering.
Ezra Lopez
Logistics Assistant
About: Ezra joined Brite Nites in January 2021 and quickly mastered the logistical challenges of our high-end projects. He is fantastic at his work and brings professionalism and organization to our team. When he isn’t working at Brite Nites, he runs his Hibachi business called Shifuku, which provides a fun high-end dinner experience to homes throughout Utah with his wife as his business partner.
Hobbies: Hibachi and one-wheeling everywhere he can.
Karli Brand
Creative Assistant
About: Karli has a degree in Graphic Design and has worked in marketing for the last four years. Karli is the President’s middle daughter, and the company started the year she was born, so Brite Nites has been around her entire life! Karli loves Christmas and getting to know other people.
Hobbies: Making smoothie bowls, juicing, traveling, and watching Netflix with her husband.
Alanna Cottam
Account Development Manager
About: Alanna is a lover of all things Christmas and is an organization freak. They joined Brite Nites last year and look forward to many more! When not in the office, they are an avid theatre lover and enjoy spending time as a newlywed with their wife.
Hobbies: Board games, Video games, Quiet nights in with friends.
Alex Valdes
HR/Operations Assistant
About: Alex has over 20 years of hospitality experience, which helps him interact with people. He has traveled and lived in several countries and ended up in beautiful Utah! Which he loves. When Alex isn’t working, he spends quality time with his wife.
Hobbies: Reading, learning new things, eating fresh food, and watching movies.
Pablo Acabal
Warehouse Manager
About: Pablo has been working on our operations team for over ten years! He organizes our warehouses across the country and knows the product line well. He is a fun person to be around and is always making us smile.
Hobbies: Pablo loves traveling every chance he gets!
