How much does a project cost?

What if we don’t have power?
We can find power, or we have a team of electricians that can help us get the energy needed for the lights.
How long will the install take?
This depends on the project size and the time the contract is signed. We are good at making everything happen and have successful lights on by the due dates. We are very communicative, and we will keep you up to date.
What if we have our own Lights?
Unfortunately, we don’t use others people’s lights as they can create a serious maintenance issue for us. We carefully inspect our bulbs and strands each year to ensure our clients receive the highest quality product. Because of this, we provide the best maintenance plan available. Even if one bulb goes out, our team will be there within 48 hours to fix the issue.
What if we have issues with our lighting during the season, what do I do?
We guarantee all of our jobs and will work to ensure that your lights are shining brightly for the duration or your specified holiday season. When can I expect my lights to be set up and ready to turn on?
Your light’s on date will be discussed and set with your project manager and that date will be hit as promised.
Do you do custom designs or decorations?
Absolutely! We need to determine from the time of the contract to the time of “lights on.” We can definitely do it if there is enough time to design and install. We love to create and manufacture custom projects. It’s what sets you apart from the average.
