We guarantee all of our work and will ensure that your lights are working properly and shining brightly for the duration of the year or specified holiday season. If you discover that a bulb or light strand has gone out or is not working correctly, you can call or text our customer service team at (385) 900-1020, and we will send a lighting technician to fix the problem within 24-48 hours of your call.

We recommend holiday lights to be removed after every season. First, we want to be environmentally friendly for the health of any living plants. As trees grow, they can become damaged as they expand beyond the installed lights. Secondly, expanding foliage can impair the lighting design, concealing the original look and “wow” factor. Feel free to talk to a member of our design team about any questions you may have. We do have options for year-round lighting that are more permanent.
You are welcome to make as many changes as you want until you sign the contract for your light design. However, after your approval, we strongly advise against changes since your order is already in production and getting ready to ship.
We understand problems can happen with your lighting, including loose wires, burned-out bulbs, and other concerns. Our Quality Assurance Warranty guarantees we will fix any problem promptly, keeping your lights on.

As for our year-round lighting solutions, those stay in place, and we maintain them for you. We have a warranty on all landscape and RGB lighting installations.
