What is included in your service?
At Brite Nites, we make your holiday lighting simple and spectacular. Our comprehensive service includes, well, everything. We guarantee an exceptional lighting experience, starting with a personalized design consultation. We carry a huge variety of lighting and creative decor for both residential and commercial spaces. Every display is tailored to your taste and budget. Installation, maintenance and take down is performed by our trained professionals. Also included in our service is the safe storage of your lighting display in our weather proof, temperature maintained storage units.
Do we need to be home for the installation?
Not for exterior installations. Our trained installation crews are efficient and can complete your installation regardless of your availability.
Do you have eco-friendly lighting options?
At Brite Nites, we are not only committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and services, but the most environmentally friendly technology. Because of this, we use products and materials that conform to the strictest of industry standards. We offer premium grade LED lights, which are more durable, brighter and energy-saving. When will my lights be taken down?
Our lighting designs are taken down on a case-by-case basis. That time frame is discussed during the design and installation consultation. Please note that depending on your location and season, your take down date may vary slightly pending on the weather. We will notify you of any changes to your scheduled take down date.
Can I leave my lights up all year round?
On buildings and architecture: yes!
On trees and other foliage we recommend that you leave your lights up for no longer than a year at a time. First, we want to be environmentally friendly to the health of the living plants. As trees grow, they can become damaged as they expand beyond the installed lights. Secondly, as the trees grow, they also outgrow the lighting design and can destroy the original look and “wow” factor. Feel free to talk to a member of our design team about any questions you may have.
Who do I contact if something isn’t quite right with my lights?
We guarantee all of our jobs and will work to ensure that your lights are shining brightly for the duration or your specified holiday season. If you discover that a bulb or light strand has gone out or is not working properly, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for the quickest response! You can also call our customer service team at (801) 432-2111 and we will send a lighting technician to fix the problem within 24 hours of your call.
Will you install lights that we already own and can you store them as well?
No, we cannot warranty the quality or workmanship of lights we do not provide.
How far in advance do we need to contact you to get a bid and have the work done
Contact your local service provider as early as possible. The decorating season is short, and our schedules tend to fill up by October.
Is Brite Nites insured?
Yes. Brite Nites has coverage for over $2,000,000. We will take care of any issues or damages that may occur during installation.
