Administrative Assistant

Brite Nites INC is a Christmas Lighting company that has been around for 15 years but is taking huge steps to become the biggest Christmas company in the U.S.  We are a fun, energetic,  hard working group of people who love Christmas and thrive from a fast pace working environment.

We are seeking a full time, year round administrative assistant. Responsible for answering the phones and directing calls, listening to messages daily and responding as needed, filing office paperwork, contact with customers about appointments, collection calls, or other office help.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Answering phone calls and screening calls for management
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Provide general administrative assistance, including scanning and filing
  • Assist in preparation for special projects, presentations, and meetings
  • Assist Managers with other tasks needed
  • Assist with scheduling crews
  • Assist with payroll
  • Assist with pre-employment paperwork, including making new hire packets
  • Assist with AR

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self starter, acute attention to detail
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar topics.
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards
  • Maintain regular attendance
  • Proficient on Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Knowing Spanish would be preferable
