Do we need to be home for the installation?
Not for exterior installations. Our trained installation crews are efficient and can complete your installation regardless of your availability.
Do you have eco-friendly lighting options?
At Brite Nites, we are not only committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and services but the most environmentally friendly technology. When will my lights be taken down?
Our holiday lighting designs are taken down on a case-by-case basis. That time frame is discussed during the design and installation consultation. Just so you know, depending on your location and season, your takedown date may vary slightly, pending on the weather. We will let you know of any changes to your scheduled take-down date.
As for our year-round lighting solutions, those stay in place, and we maintain them for you. We have a warranty on all landscape and RGB lighting installations.
Can I leave my lights up all year round?
Unfortunately, holiday lights need to be removed after every season. First, we want to be environmentally friendly for the health of the living plants. As trees grow, they can become damaged as they expand beyond the installed lights. Secondly, as the trees grow, they also outgrow the lighting design and can destroy the original look and “wow” factor. Feel free to talk to a member of our design team about any questions you may have.
Who do I contact if something isn’t quite right with my lights?
We guarantee all of our jobs and will work to ensure that your lights are shining brightly for the duration of your specified holiday season. If you discover that a bulb or light strand has gone out or is not working correctly, send us an email at help@britenites.com for the quickest response! You can also call our customer service team at (385) 900-1020, and we will send a lighting technician to fix the problem within 24-48 hours of your call.
Will you install lights that we already own and can you store them as well?
Unfortunately, we cannot warranty the quality or quality of Christmas lights we do not provide.
How far in advance do we need to contact you to get a bid and have the work done
Contact your local service provider as early as possible. The decorating season is short, and our schedules tend to fill up by October.
Is Brite Nites insured?
Yes. Brite Nites has coverage for over $2,000,000. We will take care of any issues or damages that may occur during installation.
Do you offer any warranty or guarantee on your holiday lighting installations?
We understand problems can happen with your lighting, including loose wires, burned-out bulbs, and other concerns. Our Quality Assurance Warranty guarantees we will fix any problem promptly, keeping your holiday lights on.

Do you provide custom lighting designs for commercial properties?
Yes, we can create custom designs for your home or business. Our design team will evaluate your property and recommend the perfect lighting solutions to meet your needs.
Can I request changes to my holiday lighting design after installation?
You are welcome to make as many changes as you want until you sign the contract for your light design. However, after your approval, we strongly advise against changes since your order is already in production and getting ready to ship.
